The shops were already there.
Every town has a kirana that knows which atta you buy. None of them had a way to take an order before you walked in. Stachy is that, and deliberately not much more.
What we are
A counter you can reach from your phone.
The shopkeeper stays in charge
They set their prices, their hours and what they stock. We hold no stock and set no prices.
Collection first, not delivery first
Most orders are collected, which keeps costs down. Delivery exists where it is switched on, priced before you pay.
What we are not
Things we have chosen not to do.
No dark stores
We will never run warehouses that compete with the shops on the platform.
No ten-minute promise
A real person walks real aisles. We would rather be believable than fast.
No selling your data
We collect what an order needs and nothing else.
Where
Close enough to walk to.
Better to serve two places properly than twenty badly.
