How do I pay?: With whichever payment methods that order offers.
Can I track my order?: Yes, through the Stachy app.

How do I join Stachy?: Register your business and verify your number — six questions and two documents.
Can I set my own menu prices?: Yes. You manage your own menu and prices.
Do I need FSSAI?: Yes — your FSSAI registration, provided when you apply.
How much does Stachy charge?: There's no onboarding fee. We'll tell you the applicable charges before you go live.
Who delivers the order?: Stachy assigns a nearby rider automatically — you don't choose one.
When do I receive settlement?: On the schedule we tell you when you're onboarded.

How does rider delivery work?: Go online in the Rider app. You see the pickup, drop and earning before accepting each delivery.
When is my location used?: While you are on a delivery, so we can route it to you.
How much will I earn?: It depends on the deliveries you accept and complete — there is no guaranteed daily amount.
